Xbox data deleted

So i sent in my xbox one s for repairs. When its back as expected all data has been deleted.so i signed in to my account and there is nothing under ready to install even though i have redeemed some games under this account.

Also my gamerid used to be brainyboxer but now it shows sourjoker.im pretty sure i have signed in with the correct email. Help!

If I delete an Xbox 360 game and save data does it delete the game and data on Xbox One?

Hi i'm new to the forums and just a couple months back my 360 hard drive got corrupted and I couldn't play Watch Dogs, since then I have been using my old hard drive which only has 13GB. But in order for me to play Watch Dogs i have to delete Grand Theft Auto 5 and all its save data, since it takes up the majority of the hard drive. I also have GTA 5 and all my save data on the Xbox One as well and i don't want to lose my data on the Xbox One. So my main question is If I delete GTA 5 and the save data on the 360 will it delete it from the One as well?

No it shouldn't touch that data its a different save

Hi there,

are you 100% sure you are using the correct email address?

If so then in some rare situation instead of getting your old Xbox Live Account it creates a new one, which overrules your current one.

In a situation like this it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat so they can double check in both Xbox Live Accounts are indeed linked to the same email address. If that is the case they should be able to advise on the steps
to take on how to get this sorted so you can access your original Xbox Live Account again and access the items you purchased, gamerscore etc.

You CAN actually delete your save game data locally on your xbox and leave it in the cloud. Go to your games/apps section in dashboard and go to the game in question. There are options to delete the local save game data and save game data in the cloud. You
can delete local data or delete local and cloud data.

I've been playing the game for over 50 hours since launch and never encountered this error.

How do you guys exit the game when you're done playing? Do you return to the title screen and dashboard out or just turn off the console?

I've noticed the game saves quite frequently so it's not unlikely that if you just turn it off or dashboard ingame at the wrong time the save file corrupts.

Also why don't people make a backup save? I find it quite baffeling that some gamers are so naive and save everything on HDD without making a copy - expecially when the console supports USB sticks.
