    xbox dashboard wont let me sign up to xbox live


    i have not used my xbox360 for nearly 8 months +. i want to sign up to xbox live but a window keeps popping up saying there is updates. everytime i click redeem code, an update message appears. also, i set up an microsoft account for it over a year ago but
    the email address could not be recognized. therefore, i just set up this new microsoft account to get an answer. thank you

    my xbox lets me sign in on the dashboard but when i try to play black ops and i chose xbox live it wont let me sign on it keels saying my connection is lost but it will let me use netflix bit when i try to play any game online it signs me out and wont let
    me connect to live.

    Xbox live cutting off

    When i got onto my Xbox dashboard i signed into Xbox live and it worked but once i get onto a game it says "Your connection to Xbox LIVE has been lost. Please sign in again, but it wont let me, but then i go back on my dashboard and it signs back in? HELP!

    this account () is not linked to my xbox360. my xbox has no account linked to it. i have no xbox live gold on the xbox for over 8 months. the update screen (must be a dashboard update) keeps popping up everytime i try to redeem code on xbox
    or i try to link this account to my xbox. i am at a total loss what to do next?

    What happens when you try to let the update go through? You need the update to connect to Xbox Live to redeem a code.

    i can log into xbox live on my dashboard but ever time i try and play a game it logs me out of live and wont let me log back in but when i go back to the dashboard im signed back onto xbox live and i checked the service thing and it said that everything
