    Xbox Dashboard Update Software Fails


    I have been with Xbox for a very long time and never till now has an update prevented me from actually using my Xbox one. Now when it auto signs in my connection is at 96% and network testing comes back positive, however I am now unable to connect with xbox
    live and it is interfering with all functions of my console. Nothing is working and I am unable to play any games since they are all linked to cloud servers. Any solution I have tried has ben very temporary and I lose connection again after about 10 mins.
    The auto sign in feature is not connecting to xbox live services when the system turns on. Every time I look at my profile I need to re apply the option to appear offline. I can not invite to party and game at the same time anymore and the software is already
    starting to show signs of lag because it can't run properly. This needs to be addressed because I literally cannot use my console for anything. Also your links to any forums are all bad and lead no where. It took me 20 mins to even find a way to get to a relevant
    post and I'm pretty sure I'm posting in the wrong section cause I don't know where to go. I can't even use my preview app to give feedback cause it cannot connect.

    I would have thought an Xbox Live Dashboard Update, firmware update, or software update, to the Xbox 360 could compensate.

    What the hell is wrong with sky player on the xbox ???????

    Or just dont sign in when it ask`s,,

    Things go *** up everytime xbox update any software so then other`s fail.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down and then unplug everything and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Hopefully that will solve your issue for you.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down and then unplug everything and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Hopefully that will solve your issue for you.

    Have a read over and see if any of the tips help you.

    Since the update has failed once already, Hold the Sync button on the console during the full boot process to clear out the failed one.
