xbox dashboard unresponsive

Discus and support xbox dashboard unresponsive in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; unable to select anything, I can see that the A button works, xbox is just unresponsive.     unable to select anything, I can see that the A button works, xbox is just unresponsive. I've tried hard resetting several times, with no luck. and since im unable to select any options factory reset is also out. any other suggestions? cuz im out of ideas....

    Dashboard unresponsive

    Suddenly my dashboard is not responsing to A button for selections. I'll click a tab or window and it will flash on screen but not open. I will have to click 10-15 times to get it to open. All other buttons work fine. Other possibly related issue is during
    some games it's like my right stick is pushing up on its own. Ususally this is a view or look button so i always end up looking straight up.

    Ive done hard reset. I've unplugged, new batteries, updated controllers and switched controllers nothing works.

    Dashboard unresponsive

    If your right stick is automatically going up your controller might be suffering from stick drift and a repair/replacement is needed

    Do you have any other controller you can use to see if it is still automatically going up ?

    As for the dashboard not being responsive, could you try to delete your profile and download it again ?

    finally got factory reset to work after mashing the A button, hopefully this fixes the issue...

    Dashboard redesigned again. Great, it'll get even slower and more unresponsive.......

    Have Microsoft finally realised how slow and unresponsive the dashboard is and we are going to go back to the 'blade' dashboard???

    Controller poor quality and really upset.

    The button next to the Dashboard button is unresponsive, the thumbtacks lagged and stuck and now are literally broken. The front panel is loose as well.
