Xbox Dashboard Scrolls left without Controller

My Xbox One S started to scroll left. I thought it was my controller so I switched controllers. Same issue. Then I hard reset my Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds and then unplugging the power cable for 5 mins. After plugging it back
in and turning on, the problem still occurred. I then scrolled all the way right and took out the batteries to my controller. The screen kept scrolling left. So it is definitely not the controllers. There is no possible way to navigate any menus because
the it keeps going left. I can't go to setting to restore my Xbox or even turn it off from the menu.

You can scroll to the left on xbox dashboard and brings you to bing and you can search for what you need.

Headset not working

Polk 4 shot ....had the same issue, pressed volume up on controller and could hear the beep upon maxing out but no other sounds..... Solution: look down at your controller... The part that connects to the controller then to your headset has 5 buttons...
Press that button on the top left that looks like a controller with a plus sign on it.... BACK IN BUSINESS! scroll left and right on the dashboard, you should hear the sound now. High Five!

Ok, thanks for the info. If it hasn't shown up in the download queue (you can check by pressing the Guide button on the controller then scroll left by using the left bumper and select Active Downloads) then you can manually start the download by scrolling
right from the dashboard. Go to Settings>Accounts>Download History. The game should be in that list.

Use the Bing search bar. While on the Xbox Dashboard scroll to the very left and there you have it, just type in what you need.

connect.microsoft.com/dashboard to get to the dashboard and you will find something that says Xbox LIVE Update. From there you will find instructions.

If you need to enter your product key into your xbox, you can click the Xbox button on the center of your controller, scroll to the left and choose Redeem Code. Enter the code there. It should prompt you to download the beta. Once downloaded you will need
to Run the app and follow the instructions.
