Xbox Dashboard Preview - Unenroll Pending for weeks

Update Preview Forums. The preview team oversees those forums and should be able to help you fully unenroll.

This is just a little misunderstanding as is not the preview registration app you need to use to unregister, but the dashboard preview app.

In the dashboard preview app you find a tile named "registration". Click this tile and change the status of your console there. You will then be unenrolled from the preview program as soon as the current wave has gone public. Until then you will see the
status "unenroll pending".

If not wanting to participate in the preview program anymore you can use the preview dashboard app to unenroll yourself from the program.

Just start the app, go to registrations and change the status of your console there.

Please be aware that your unenrolling will be pending until the current wave gets public as you cannot be released during a rolling wave. So once the October preview is rolled out finally you will then be unenrolled from the preview program.

I'm currently pending in the unenroll pending, but once the unenroll takes effect I will have to factory reset my console, and when I launch the preview program it simply treats me as though as I am still a member

I still have the registration app and the preview dashboard but can i register myself again? also is kinda weird since it says that i'm enrolled but when i go to "Manage other Consoles" it says "Unenrolling pending". I think Microsoft should improve the
preview dashboard a bit in order to prevent such scenarios and if for some reason happen then at least there should be a way to cancel it before requesting the removal.
