Xbox Dashboard Preview Issue

I noticed when I look at the friends and followers tab in my profile the very bottom row is cut off and I cant see who the users are (Pic and name cut off).

I also just downloaded Onigiri and they require me to enter my email to login, but the on screen keyboard never pops up. Im not sure if thats due to the update or not but I have never had keyboard issues before. I will note that the on screen keyboard does
work when sending messages though.

Xbox One Dashboard Slow & Laggy

I went on vacation for 10 days and remember the Xbox One dashboard being fast and responsive with no issues prior to leaving. After returning, I've noticed the dashboard is slower and laggy, to the point where it's annoying. I've done a hard reset and also gave it a few days before typing this, still the same. Was there an update or something? Anyone else experiencing issues?

I'm not in the preview program and on an Xbox One X.

 

Xbox Preview Dashboard Issue

Me and my husband each has a profile and 2 consoles. We each got into the preview dashboard however somehow my husbands got on both consoles I tried to remove one of the consoles from his activation but it is still telling me that my console is still registered
to another account. How can I correct this?

 

Anything preview related should be posted in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). Make sure you report it via the console
as well, so it can capture a screenshot and video.

I posted in the forum for you that you don't have access. When a member of official support sees it, they will get you access. Keep checking back, it takes a few days sometimes.

 

I got the new Xbox preview program yesterday. I really like the new lay out and my favourite bit is the new snap features. I hope when the update is officially released that the achievements and some other stuff will snap up in the new left side and not
the right side. I've noticed quite a few bugs on the xbox preview, obviously I expect that since its a beta. But I was hoping to give feed back on the problems I've experienced but I will wait till the forum page is up and running. Also I have to say thanks
to Xbox Live for inviting me to the dashboard preview programme. I feel special since none of my mates have had a message telling them to launch the new preview program lol

 

i also have no access to the official preview forum (but i´m german if that matters anyway)... "group not found" what can i do? THANKS!

 

Hey folks,

the 'group not found' message pops up when you don't have the correct forum access. Its supposed to automagically grant access but sometimes falls over!

The main support folks that prowl the forums will verify you are in the preview program and then will be able to manually grant you the required forum access.

Keep an eye on this thread - they will post here when they have sorted you access out!
