xbox dashboard preview app

so i recently installed the dashboard preview app and when i click join it crashes anybody know howto fix it?

There's currently a Controller Survey on the Xbox Preview Dashboard app on the console, controller disconnects are in the list.

Best make the most of the survey while available.

 

Unregister new Xbox preview

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

 

i cant even install the app, even though i got an invite!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue being experienced. Since this is a preview program question, the best possible place to ask would be in the preview program forums. I would suggest posting there as it is the most ideal for visibility sake. Thanks!
