Xbox Dashboard not showing info

So I had an issue where i was using my xbox and everything was fine, then when I went to turn it on again the next morning half of the dashboard wouldn't load. No game pics in their tiles, all the pins were blank, it says I am signed in and had some friends
online but it still had the sign in at the top left of the screen and it wouldnt display my background art. After being on the service desk with Microsoft they determined that the console had a bug and as it was only 2 weeks old I got a replacement however
nothing has changed when i signed into the new one. This had led me to believe there is something weird with my account settings however I cannot find any info on how i could adjust these settings if they even exist. Any info on this would be helpful thanks.

after a system update

on several levels my xbox is not working its not saveing games, my avatar is not saveing or showing up, and several things are not showing up on dashboard...uuummmm help?

Internet problems or just needs a refresh. Hold down both triggers and press the "Y" button. If you are behind a "strict N.A.T." you will run into that problem too; sometimes even with a moderate N.A.T.. Open up ports, though your router, that X Box uses.
My router is simplified in that I have a drop down box that has X Box Live in it.

Have you contacted support to see if they have any info on what triggered the change?

"in some games it shows LT Rive. In others it doesn’t" how does it show on your dashboard on the console?

Thanks for getting back to me! So you put the disc in the console and no game info shows up on the Home Hub? What does show up in that upper-left square then? What did you do to have it reset back to the dashboard? Thanks!

there's no easy way to find out, that info is not displayable from the xbox dashboard.
