Xbox Dashboard not loading after the Xbox Logo on startup.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

In this case, we just need to reset your console keeping your games and apps through the Xbox Troubleshooter page. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Make sure to follow the steps accordingly to access it:

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

5. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and keep my games and apps".

No, the cache clearing option is still there.

the degrag was accessed during the xbox logo at the startup of the console with the pressing of RB,RT and Y.

Now with the dashboard update, it seems to not working anymore, since the controller is activadet recognized only after the intro logo is finished, so it's impossible to input the commands.

While i'd love to do such things the error occurs before the dashboard, after the logo loading screen. theres no way out of the error except turning the xbox off. sorry, i forgot to mention this

ah, sorry. when i turn on the xbox it just loads at the xbox logo screen. it never reaches the dashboard at all. i've taken the hdd out before starting it up but it's still stuck at the logo :/

To anyone still having this issue, I have finally found a work around that is easy and works every time. It is not a fix, but I think it's the best were going to get.

If when you sign in (auto sign-in or manual, it doesn't matter) the dashboard does not load and the spinning symbol just keeps on spinnin', follow these simple steps:

1. Press silver button to bring up guide menu.

2. Hold the right trigger and press Y.

3. That's it, you're done! What it does is refresh/ reload your dashboard.

Has worked every time for me and for others I know with this problem, so I have no doubts it will work for anyone with this specific issue.

Why xbox support could not just tell us this months ago I have no idea.
