    Xbox Dashboard Is Not Workin


    My dashboard is not workin at all nothin pops up only thing showing is the My Games & Apps none of the apps are workin games don't work I can only play games I have on disc but I can't get online I go and test connection it's says im connected to internet
    but still doesn't work I try to go to the setting and n it crashes n go back to the blank dashboards I cut the game off cut it back on still doesn't work unplugged it checked my wifi still nothin is working HELP

    Sorry to hear about your troubles, to start off let's give your Xbox One another full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having trouble once you power it back on, make sure to remove any USB devices you may have plugged
    in including external storage devices.

    I have had zero problems with the new dashboard update. Live was workin just fine last night and today its not doin what it should be doin. Try to be patient. I know its hard, however, actin a fool won't help matters.
