Discus and support xbox dashboard greyed out on certain areas in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; my dad has the original xbox one and it wont let him access certain parts of his dashboard, he can only access the first (xbox games and apps) and last...     xbox dashboard greyed out on certain areas


    my dad has the original xbox one and it wont let him access certain parts of his dashboard, he can only access the first (xbox games and apps) and last page (xbox profile & settings) as the rest (friends, achievements etc) are all greyed out! this needs
    sorting asap please as we are both unsure what to do to fix this!

    Some people dont learn.

    It's fun to run into the grey area and knife the mortar user. It also adds insult to injury if you can get out of the grey area in time :)

    Enforcement suspension?

    On the enforcement website, under ban hammer/handshake there will be a greyed out reason for action, at the end of the greyed out area will be a drop down arrow. Click it, it should then show what you did.

    I know that, I’m saying it’s not greyed out for when I buy things under a certain price but is when I try to buy something over a certain price and I have no spend limits so I don’t get why it’s greyed out

    Unfairly banned - communcation ban

    It may tell you once the suspension is up and there is a handshake, instead of the ban hammer. If you click on it, you may see a greyed out area with reason for action and on the right of the grey area and arrow, clicking that may drop down the message/content

    Also have those annoying ads removed for Gold members and remove that Grey area for premium themes to become worth buying.
