Xbox damaged my disc and the staff said tuff

I have an on-going problem with Microsoft and the staff it would of been ok if they just give me the answer but instead they have messed me about and cause more problem along with telling to try and physically damaged in my console where I can only see it
causing more problems than its worth

I cant believe I have been treated since I have been with Microsoft since the xbox and with gt parfoo

also it should be noted i'm not one for complaining but this has to be sorted out

XBox One disc goes back into console on ejection

i have the same problem after the update and sometimes it doesnt read my discs and says its damaged when they're not, i contacted xbox and they said its a known issue and are aware of it and trying to fix it

I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE !!!

Well ive got the disc of the game (Batman Arkham Origins) but i get it damaged accidentally and now when i tried to play it, the Xbox can read it (ive got the 360 ) but when im playing the game start stopping and then it said “downladable content damaged”
and it get me to the menú.

Then i thought that i could download it but it sí imposible because it said that the disc its damaged and dron the store when i tried to buy it again or (i think that i could dowloaded by free cause i have the disc but i cant too) so i need help for people
like anyone of you because i dont have more ideas

Knocking the xbox while it is playing a disc in its disc drive will cause laser burn, if the disc is laser burned it will have a ring engraved on the disc. If I was you I would check other games what you currently own on disk to make sure the disc drive
is not been damaged or knocked out of place. If you need further assistance, chat with a Xbox live support staff or a Xbox Live ambassador. I hope this advice helped.

There is an official stand for the xbox one x but that being said it's always advisable to stand your xbox on its base because using them vertically can cause damage to physical discs and disc drive issues.

As said no . It would be good if you bought the disc and it gave you the digital game anyway .

Save damaged discs not reading ect.

Instead of having to put the disc in every time for the proof of License 🤔

only this disc over 30 other disc work okay. try most them on my main profile it says dirty or damaged disc. do EA exchange discs. the disc has no sign of wear or damage
