XBox Daily Challenges & Events

Hi - for the last few days I haven't been able to access the Solitaire Daily Challenges or Events ... I get right up to the Daily board, then when I click on the game I want to play it loads then goes to a plain white screen ... can't go backwards or forwards
...

I'm running Windows 10 and haven't had a problem before. Mah Jong and Sudoku are both OK at the moment, although sometimes Mah Jong will suddenly close down after the advert.

Windows is up to date, as is my virus protection .... Can anybody help please?

When trying to use the "Daily Challenge" or "Events" a white empty page loads and no game. My game name is PlumGnu 26081772.

I need my FIX for playing Event and Daily Challenge. Help.

Network connection errors may cause issues with the games on your computer. It is possible that the computer is having issues connecting to the game server or your network is incorrectly configured.

There are also possibilities that the app is corrupted. To resolve your concern, here are some solutions that you can perform on your computer:

Solution 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this

link.

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

Solution 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  
3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  
4. Hit Enter.  
5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.  
6. Open the game through Xbox App.

None of the above solutions resolved the issue for me. This has happened from time to time it seems that it has more to do with what add is loading since if I keep trying eventually an add plays and the games work correctly. It may
even load 2 or 3 adds correctly till it seems to come to the one that is not agreeable. I've seen this issue before and eventually the commercial that has been causing the issue is no longer being used, then all works well for a few weeks till a new problem
commercial shows up. I have seen this issue on more than one pc but it is less likely to happen on my home pc which is connected to the Internet though a router the problem is more common on my laptop that accesses the Internet through a usb tether connection
to my phone. Recently I did a clean install of the windows 10 operating system to see if it would resolve this issue along with another that has to do with my touchpad that I can't turn off. Both problems still exist.
