Xbox cycles from home screen to storage screen

when I turn on my Xbox one it half loads the home screen then switches to the storage screen then back to home screen. It stays on each screen for about a minute then switches back and fourth. Neither of the two screens fully load just shows about half the
content. I also have no controls with the controller other then the ability to turn the system off.

NETFLIX has it's problems for xbox

When I try to load Netflix it goes from the white screen to the black load screen. The loading ring starts to spin and then stalls out. After a minute it will go back to the Xbox 1 home screen. I have done the power cycle, delete and reinstall the app,
deleted the profile and restarted and still the same thing happened.

Sorry to hear about the error code your receiving. We recommend first to
Power cycle the console.If that doesn't work go to settings>disc & blu ray>blu ray>persistent storage clear it three times. Also
only if you have Xbox live go to settings>system>storage>clear local save games. Your Xbox will restart, when the console back to home screen try and sign in.

try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug console from the outlet for 1 minute then plug back and power back on. See if this resolves your issue.

 

Hi, I've got the same issue. I've tried the above fix, but it hasn't made a difference. I went on holiday and it was fine. I notice that I get a notification about Cortana, so I presume it has updated to the` Anniversary edition while I was away, but
I'm stuck in this loop.

Pressing and holding the controller "Xbox" button brings up the turn of screen as per normal and I have full navigation during this process, but as soon as I select close, things carry on as they were.

Any other suggestions?

 

I was able to fix mine by pressing the button on the left side while pressing the eject button. Hold those buttons down then press and hold the power button you should hear a beep you can then let go of all buttons but the power button then you should hear
another beep. Let go of the power button this should open up a screen that allows you to factory reset with a few options. I chose the one that looked like it would erase the least amount of stuff and it worked. give that a try
