    Game pass and Xbox live

    The Xbox one I just purchased advertised on the box that it included 3 months of Game pass and 3 months of xbox live. I had a code in the box for Xbox live but it only gave me 14 days. And there was no code included for game pass. what can I do???

    well they extended my warranty till July, they gave me 3 months xbox live and £60 credit to buy a game.

    My wife bought me the all digital Xbox and the Xbox live gold. When it was almost up i did the 3 months for 1.00 i never got the 3 month what can do to get it back.

    Why do we have to pay for live again?

    I remember back in february, there was a special offer of 1$ a month for xbox live gold. Then in march, it was still there. So i bought it and then i have to pay $9.99? Also,xbox live authorities accidentally gave me 2 months more free gold membership. Then
    i got emails stating that " we haven;t received payment". Then my account gets suspended for like a month? WTF???

    xbox live guys plz dont do this again.
