    A possible cause for this may be because your console is plugged into a power strip or surge protector. Since the Xbox One's power supply has its own built-in surge protection, plugging it into another can cause power issues, such as turning itself on.

    Plug your Xbox directly into the wall outlet and see if it helps stop turning itself on.

    To add to Smwutches response and just to clarify, the Enforcement Team does not have a phone number. You must log into the enforcement website with your son's Xbox account, click on the orange hammer for more details, and submit a case review.

    The Enforcement team does not issue suspensions just because a lot of complaints are filed. The Code of Conduct had to have been violated for a suspension to be given.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com     That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
