Xbox Customer Support Email Address

Hi all,

I am simply looking for a email address i can send a formal complaint to with photo proof of the chat I had with the Customer Service Agent and proof of the claims I made in said chat. I do not wish to be pulled into a conversation about my complaint in
the fourms. I just want a place I can effectively send all the information i need to. If its not possible for am email to occur, then i will simply write a letter and mail it to Microsoft HQ, but I hope thats not required.

Support no longer uses an email. You could try contacting support again to see if they can provide a place for that, or, as you said, you could mail it in.

Yes as its not a support method

As you would.have to interactively pass PII NOT practical with email

Feedback can be given via phonecall or chat directly thru to a supervisor

Chat logs could be manipulated

They would only go by your case notes and timeframe which you woiuldve been issued at the end of chat the sr number

I spent 40 minutes plus in the chat with an Agent. She claimed she was not able to provide any other contact method.

Are you able to access payment information on the console? Any account that has payment should have an email address attached to that. You need to sign in here with that email address or contact xbox customer support.

Call customer support for this one. There is one of two possibilities here: either there was a rare occurrence of your email being linked to multiple gamertags, or the gamertag you want is not associated to the email address you think it is. Xbox customer
support can help in either case.
