    Im switching to ps5 after 20 years with xbox. I've had it with xbox's horrible customer service. I've had two problem plagued xbox ones now. After 2 weeks of getting hung up on for no reason being lied to about having a manger call me back or putting me
    through to one. I finally convinced them to repair the one xbox still under warranty after hours of talking to multiple reps. The other xbox was just outside of warranty so nothing for that one total loss. Probably be out my xbox over a month by the time i
    get it back. Why would i buy another xbox after this experience???

    Just because a store is Microsoft "certified" doesn't mean they can open your Xbox to do any repairs. They are basically just certified troubleshooters, I'm very aware how upsetting it can be to go somewhere and not have your issue corrected. That being
    said it's well known that for any Repair to a Xbox Microsoft will only do so when they are sent back to them.
