Your initial questions was how to select a free game. We told you how to select the game, add it to your cart and the website automatically takes you to the free game select page where you have approximately 6 options. You click add to cart on the game you
want (out of the provided games) and then you proceed to check out.

However, you indicated the game you were attempting to get was Halo 5 and that is not an eligible title.

I never said that was the game I'm trying to get. I said that's the bundle I chose. Because you asked me what bundle I was have problems with. Not once did I say I'm trying to select halo as my free game. Please re read what you asked me and my response.

I don't know which region you're in, I assume Canada since that is what you linked too. It does not look the promotion you're looking for is running in Canada.

You will have to contact Microsoftstore.com to find out as that promotion is sponsored by them, not the Xbox Live Reward Program.

It's definitely running in Canada. Please stop posting things you are not sure about. I got it all sorted out now.

Smwutches, it does work for One S, I used the Battlefield 1 One S 500GB bundle and it allowed a game for free. (FYI)

Glad it worked for you! I knew something wasn't working properly. They tried telling me the free game its talking about is the ones in the bundle..

Eladio M gave a pretty comprehensive response on last one.

I suggest you read posts etc more carefully, as when sending stuff back, they make it pretty clear what you need to send back.

That advice also stands for posts made on here. I don't see any commenters threaten to ban you. They do advise that you familiarise your self with forum guidelines as you share personal info and swear, but don't say that I can see, that they are going to
ban you.
