    Xbox customer service. Please read.


    As a paying customer and a supporter of Xbox, your company is fully responsible for every issue I seem to have with the services and your products. Fortunately, my main issue I had with my xbox 360 system has been solved. But the solution came at a price.

    The main game I play got Severely scratched beyond repair because of your system refusal to work the way it is supposed to. I don't expect perfection but I can say this, my ps3 does not give me as many problems as your xbox 360 has given me. I feel you
    should be responsible for compensating me for the damaged disc. I have spent way too many hours trying to fix something you would hope to come hassle free. All these hours I have invested into your systems problems is undeniably and astronomically worth
    way more then compensation for damaged discs. But all I am asking for is store credit so I can continue being a happy customer.

    If you say you are not able to offer me store credit to my account then I will continue up the company ladder until I find someone who will because I know you are fully capable of helping me and anything less then that is a lie. I refuse to take "no" as
    an answer and I will not stop till I find the person who has the power to help me. I cannot afford to buy another game or I would have already. But in truth, I shouldn't have to buy another one.

    What's this said, your response will tell me where we will go from here.

  2. Original X-Box Help..... PLEASE!!!

    My original X-Box console automatically goes to an error page as soon as it comes on. It reads, "Your Xbox requires service. Please call Xbox Customer Support." and in the top, left-hand corner, the number "07" is displayed. Can someone please help me figure
    this out seeing as how Xbox Customer Support no longer services the original X-Box.....

    Generally support does not offer compensation on issues, at least not as store credit. Sometimes they will give a free month of Live. But you will need to contact support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Also, depending on the discs that were damaged, you should check with the publishers to see if they have a disc replacement program.

    The Xbox Live Core Service is currently limited for a wider scope of Xbox customers living in Europe.

    Microsoft is aware of this problem and are trying to get their services up and running as quickly as possible.

    I understand that you're frustrated, but please try to be civil. Microsoft might have sent the charge before the cancellation could reasonably be processed, as Temhotabot pointed out.

    I know you are frustrated but the only thing you can do to sort out this type of billing issue is to call phone support and speak straight to billing. The number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX (US and Canada).
