Xbox Customer Service non-existant

I have an issue to raise. 18 May, 2020 I bought an Xbox One X.

Months later, on the 24th of November 2020, I logged a fault on the
console that I lost connection to my tv. The console was collected and I
received a 'reserviced' console as a replacement. I was extremely upset
about this, as I wasn't informed and I had to find this out myself via
forums.
I made peace with the fact and started
using the re-serviced console (4 months later) I have been playing for the last week and
then this console did the same thing yesterday. The console would
switch on, but there is no connection to the tv. I tried numerous cables
and different tv sets and nothing.
I logged the fault and it is scheduled for collection tomorrow.
The
concern I have is that I will be receiving another re-serviced console. I
feel this is completely unfair. I paid a lot of money and received a
faulty unit and it keeps getting replaced by re-serviced consoles.
If I knew this would be the case, I honestly wouldn't have bought an xbox. But I did, and I am unhappy.

I
do not want to receive another re-serviced machine. I would prefer a new
console, and if microsoft and Xbox aren't willing to accommodate this
request, I'd rather accept a refund of the console and all purchases
I've made recently on my Xbox account as I will no longer own an Xbox.
