xbox customer service is atrocious

the customer service provided by microsoft is absolutely terrible they handed me a ban on xbox live for no reason then made me have to pass a test before i am able to get in contact with anyone about the ban or appeal and if you fail it your just out of
luck and make it next to impossible to get in contact with anyone about your issue

I've reported this guy as well as others on both xbl and rockstar ban hammer. But both companies have atrocious customer service.

Agreed. Their customer service is atrocious. I don't think I'll be giving them another dime of my money in the future. No DLC, no new releases. I'm really disappointed.

 

Bans don't occur without reason. No one here can address the issue you're having here.

 

you do realize all services even Sony use moderated forums for.suspensjons right This prevents harassment and allow them to continually doing their jobs

Protecting the users of.xbox.live that does play fair

Also as noted you do not get banned for no reason

If you used common sense you can join the 99.9% of live that doesn't get suspension

It's not rocket science

Customer support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

The quiz is there to make sure you are familiar with the code of conduct & is extremely easy.

The answers are either in the code of conduct or on the enforcement site itself.

If you hadn't of violated the ToU/CoC then you wouldn't of been suspended in the first place.
