    I noticed earlier today that someone was on my account unauthorized. I changed my password and called customer service. After the call i went grocery shopping. I came back to find someone was charging Roblox on my account. I was literally on the phone with
    customer sevice while fraudulent charges were being made. $5 charge after the other. The lady I was speaking to was hard to understand kept telling me to file a refund, WHILE SOMEONE ON THEIR SYSTEM WAS STEALING FROM ME. Let me reiterate: I was on the phone
    with support while fraudulent charges were being posted! Someone was stealing from me while customer service did nothing! $100 gone from my account while on the phone trying to stop it! Now I dont have money to fill my gas tank and I have to go through the
    refund process? I dont have 72 hours i need my money that the customer service rep watched being stolen from. When am i getting my money back so i can go to work? Your customer service rep just watched it happen.

    This is absolutely foolish that I can be on the phone with “customer service” while a felony is being committed and you cant do anything about it? My trust in Microsoft just went in the tank. Ive spent thousands on MS products in my life. Im really, really
    rethinking spending a dollar more.

    did you ever get this addressed? I'm going through a similar situation. The support is pretty poor. I understand support is no easy feat but these people are just horrible. It takes them two hours of merry go round chatting not to get any real help but to
    be transferred or to be "followed up via email" only never to be and then you go back on support spend another two hours to be told the same thing. It's just awful. I've honestly had no problems with my PS1's, 2's, 3's or 4's, but I just wanted an XBOX since
    the last I had was the 360 and I did love it.

    Not yet, sent it back well over 10 days ago, fedex tracking said it was delivered 4-5 days after I shipped. Xbox support ticket still says it's waiting to receive it. Sony didn't treat me any better, ps1 died twice in warranty,they kept it for like 4 months?
    sent it back still broken, once after warranty and so I bought another(it worked until my kids destroyed it. Ps2 was total turd, I had 4 of them die in 2 years, they failed to repair it once,(so i exchanged it at kmart) then claimed I opened another and kept
    it,(I never did) so I gave up on Sony... They owe me a ps3, ps4 and probably ps5...

    Both possibilities seem to go against their principles and ethics as a business.
