    XBOX customer service availability


    hi first time poster..... Kinda bummed about service support not available in South Africa.

    As a passionate gamer and serious about authorized service and repairs on my electronic devices. I don’t trust service centres not authorized by eg. Microsoft Xbox. I only want the best work on my devices. I would Be more than willing to try setup something
    to provide the service for South Africa and even expand in into Africa.

    Anyways I hope to receive your response soon. Hopefully a solution can be reached.

    Don’t even know if I’m posting this in the right place for the right people to see.

    Please stop spamming the forums on this topic.

    Had you read the
    Xbox Terms of Service & Conditions     you would have seen that it even says:

    14. SPECIAL EDITION OR CUSTOM MICROSOFT DEVICES
    If you send a special edition or custom Microsoft Device to Microsoft for Service, Microsoft will use best efforts to return the same or similar special edition or custom Microsoft Device to you; this will depend on its availability at the time of Service
    (special or custom editions may be out of production or inventory). Microsoft does not warrant or guarantee that we will be able to do so, as it may be commercially impracticable.



    Good rule of thumb, anything that is that important to a collection, don't use it.

    DSTV is a direct broadcast satellite service that is available in many Southern Africa countries. They have developed the app to enable their customers to watch all the channels they have available, anywhere the customer is with an internet connection. Its
    available on mobile, tablets, laptops, Xbox and Desktop computers.

    He/she needs to basically connect his Xbox app to the DSTV system to be able to access the services on his Xbox. For some reason Xbox wont let him click on the link to go to the website of DSTV.

    I have been looking around on their website to see if i can get a solution for this, so far i have not been able to get anything.
