    First of all I like to say I've been on xbox nearly 11 years and have phones customer service more than a few times with many issues but since the 24th December I found out they are completely useless and full of lies

    My girlfriend bought a game for 49.99 on the 24th of December (Warriors orochi 3 ultimate) that to her unknowing I already had the game off games with gold. She got mixed up and bought 3 instead of 4, so I made a request for a refund after phoning customer
    service all I was told is to fill out a form.

    3 days later I had a e-mail I never bought the game, so I phoned up again explained and the guy on the phone filled out the form for me and sent it. 3 days later same reply I've never bought the game, phoned up again same response, so I filled out the form
    again, got a reply 3 later same reply at this point Is was getting annoyed, phoned up again explained the situation and the woman puts the phone down on me,

    Yet again I phoned the guy told me he can see I've made a purchase and he don't understand the emails so after a little digging around we tried the fill out the form again 5 days later I had a reply saying I can't have a refund phoned up this morning seeking
    answers and all the guy said was fill out a form he did not want to listen to anything



    It's been less than 14 days not played the game since purchase just in case, so I feel like xbox has stole the 49.99 off me I don't understand why I can't have my money back so i can buy W.O.U. 4 and no one at xbox seems to want to help at this point I've
    just had enough and thought people on here should know what the customer "help"line is really like.

    Yep very frustating… Normally the reason is not important at least if you purchased the game less than 14 days ago AND if you didnt play it more than 2 hours in total…

    Thanks everyone,

    I've tried everything with customer service all I'm getting now is the same answer over and over " send a new refund request with a different reason or Email the response team back" I've just sent an Email back with proof of purchase, just waiting on a reply
    now that could take up to 5 days, still annoyed how this was handled by xbox.

    Why dont you contact them via email and attach the receipt of the purchase so they have proof there at their face...did you tried that?

    I think they have good customer service, but they may want to be a little more consumer friendly with their return policy.
