    Had to sent my out and just got it back after waiting a month to open my package then found large hairline crack on the front of my xbox not very pleased about that I called them and they want me to send it back out so I would have to wait another month
    how is that my fault not at all

    Not exactly sure what you expect anyone here on the forums to do for you. Its npt your fault(assuming it didnt have a crack in it before you sent it in) Either live with the crack or send it back in and wait for a new one.

    Not exactly sure what you expect anyone here on the forums to do for you. Its npt your fault(assuming it didnt have a crack in it before you sent it in) Either live with the crack or send it back in and wait for a new one.
