    Xbox custom profile pictures not displaying


    I’ve had this issue about 3 days ago with my custom Xbox profile pic being replaced with my old preset xbox profile pic. All the people on my friends list who also had a custom pic are also replaced w/ their preset pics. I asked a few of my friends but
    they said it still shows my custom image so I know it’s just me who’s having this display problem. Its the same thing even when I use the Xbox app. Is anyone else having this problem? It’s probably a new glitch but lmk if you guys have any solution to this.

    I guess its more of a bug/glitch than a verification issue. I haven’t changed my profile pic in months but it just suddenly shows my old preset one as well as my friends. I asked my friends and said that theirs and mine is the normal custom pic so it’s
    just a problem for some people. It will probably come back to normal in a few days

    Wow. Hopefully it wasn’t an innapropiate pic. It might be a false move just like how players on Warzone are being falsely banned. Try getting in touch with live chat support.

    Your profile picture needs to be verified by xbox team in order to update in case of custom picture.

    So this may take some time
