    Hello, i need some help with my Xbox profile picture. I have my Xbox account on over 18 years old but it wont allow me too insert a custom picture because Im not old enough but my acc is over 18 yrs old.

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.

    Any custom profile pic need to be approved by the Xbox live enforcement team. So if the don't approve the pic, will not be applied to your profile

    They may not have been using custom pics though. Still, as mentioned above, there is a temporary suspension of custom profile pics.

    Custom gamerpics will result in a suspension or even a ban.

    All you can use are the rubbish ones provided or your avatar/avatar prop.
