    I have been having a glitch on my xbox recently. I changed my profile pic to a custom one i had on my phone through the xbox app. It seemed to work, so i turned it off and continued about my day. I went home and it shows that my old profile picture is
    still there. My friends can see my new one when they go to their friends list. I can see my new profile pic when i am in an xbox party or if i go to the community tab. Other than that i can’t see it myself. My new one is a purple skull and my old one was a
    snake.

    Ok managed to fix it. I just had to turn off and turn back on a privacy setting! Thank you for the help 😄

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app on your phone. Then upload another picture.
