Xbox Custom Gamerpic Change not working

I am a person who changes their gamerpic a lot because Im autistic and I like changing my pfp a lot. And this happened a few times before but I tried changing my gamerpic to a custom picture which isn't inappropriate it was my own art and it won't register through. I even rescreemshotted it and changed the dimensions if that was the case and still nothing. I waited hours and resubmitted the pfp and the system won't let me change it. I even tried other pfps too and it doesn't change its glitched. Please help.

The custom gamerpic feature is currently not available on the new Xbox app. Currently, the only way to change to a custom gamerpic, is using the Xbox One console.

We have no way of knowing what the problem is. We can't access your account and have no ability to talk to those who do the approvals.

Typically any form of violence or state of undress can cause problems with approval.

You can have a custom gamerpic that is why the option is there.

If the gamerpic is not in breach of the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct then it will not be changed.

Only time that enforcement will change the gamerpic if it is in violation of the Terms of Service and other users have reported the custom gamerpic.

Try changing to one of the original gamerpics and then change it back to your custom gamerpic.

Download the Xbox app, then launch it, select your gamerpic in the top right corner of the app, and select view profile, then select your gamerpic from your profile, and then you can change your gamerpic on there. Bear in mind, custom gamerpics are not
supported on the app at this time. Only the Xbox One console currently supports custom gamerpics.
