    Xbox custom gamer pictures


    I’m having issues setting up a custom profile pic on the new Xbox update. Since the app is now unable to load my custom pictures directly from my phone, I’ve had to use One Drive and save the pictures to my Xbox.

    But they still aren’t showing up.

    Is there any way to fix this issue, or is it just a bug with the new update.

    I don't want a custom gamer picture, that's the point. I want my old gamer picture that I bought on the Xbox 360 back.

    Hello!

    From the Windows 10 app, click on your gamer pic, then customize, then hover over your current picture. The picture will dim with a customize button appearing, click on that, and It will prompt to choose a gamer pic or select a custom picture.

    All purchased gamer pictures are linked to the account that the original Xbox LIVE customer that bought them. As long as the console that you're trying to move the gamer pictures to is authorized to use the gamer pictures from the original purchaser's account,
    it is allowed.

    Hello! Xbox recently announced that they removed custom gamer pictures temporarily because of the epidemic going on to reduce traffic with having to monitor customer gamer pictures because there are so many more people using Xbox right now.
