Xbox Custom Gamer Picture Keeps On Getting Changed. Help!

Hello, so I am having a problem with the fact that when I put on a custom profile picture for my account, minutes later it is then removed but it does not go against any of the rules for Xbox at all. Every time I click save for my picture, it is then posted
to my account but then like 1-2 minutes later it is then removed as if it had gone against the rules of Xbox and their Code of Conduct. Please someone help me with this issue because it is very frustrating and annoying. I have tried the Xbox (beta) app, the
regular Xbox app and the Xbox console itself for changing to that picture but it still all goes the same way every time.

I've been trying to change my Gamerpic to a custom image but it keeps getting changed to a random gamerpic. I need help

 

Make sure all the criteria here are being followed- Xbox Enforcement | Stay Safe

Try waiting a while after you change your gamerpic, it may take time to get verified and in the meanwhile can show your old gamerpic.

 

Well these are the photos I am using and they are perfectly fine and do not go against any of those rules but were still getting changed by Xbox...





But yet the one I used for a bit was perfectly fine somehow and was not getting changed by Xbox...



So is there anyway I can fix/get around this issue or do I have to wait until Xbox fixes this bug?

 

As far as I can see, the picture shouldn't be the problem.

 

Alright, at least that clears it up for the picture side but is there any way to get around this or fix it?
