    Xbox Custom Gamer Pics No Longer Working


    I'm unable to use, or upload, a custom gamer pic on Xbox Live. As I scroll through my friends list, not a single one of them still has their custom gamer pic either, so at least I know it's not just me.

    no setting will help you

    Custom gamer pics are for adults accounts only

    Hi,

    I use the Xbox Beta App and after a recent update it said I could now upload custom gamer pics when I try to do this the option to upload the custom gamer pics isn't showing

    Have you changed any of your privacy settings recently. Or could someone with access to your account have changed them?

    If a custom gamer pic violates the terms, i believe it can no longer be changed to another custom pic.

    The Xbox console companion app no longer has that feature, since the app is being replaced by the Xbox app. The only way at this moment to upload a custom gamer pic is with the Xbox One console.
