Xbox credits not redeeming

Discus and support Xbox credits not redeeming in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've had about 5000 credits for about 3 weeks now and they were supposed to be deposited into my account by now and haven't.     Xbox credits not redeeming


    I've had about 5000 credits for about 3 weeks now and they were supposed to be deposited into my account by now and haven't. Can I have some help please

    Hello I SEE POOH,

    I can confirm Smwutches' response. Since your Credit was placed as pending on the 27th, you should see the Credits deposit in this month's mid-month deposit.

    CREDITS NOT AUTO REDEEMING

    There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit took place on October 27. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th,
    they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got to 5,000 on October 27, they should be deposited on November 10 (the next deposit date).

    Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just do you have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you're asking about the credits you redeemed, credits are deposited into your account for use by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at
    least 5,000 credits pending. The credits you redeemed would be scheduled for deposit on March 29.

    Redeemed Microsoft Rewards for Xbox credit but I'm showing a balance of $0

    Just to confirm the steps you followed:

    1. You redeemed your rewards points from MS Rewards for $20 Xbox Live credit

    2. And then you got an email with the code for the Xbox live credit.

    3. Then you redeem that code on your Xbox

    Above steps would have added the credit to your account.

    Check your order history by logging in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders with the same account you used to redeem.
