xbox credits not being deposited into account

I have 3 pending all of which total over 50,000 credits and all pending since or before the 18th of November. not only that, but the email that my account is connected to hasn't been receiving statements nor receiving emails about past purchases, my older
account that is no longer connected to my xbox account being the one receiving the latter. mind you, I switched emails almost a month and a half ago.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credits required for a automatic deposit at the beginning of this month, they will not be deposited until the end of month deposit occurring shortly.
