    Xbox credit transferring to account problem


    I need help, I bought a £20 Xbox credit code from amazon and applied it to my Xbox via redeem code(btw I started with £8.76 on my account before the 20 was added). It said it had been added to I went to buy a game that cost 19.99 but it says that I still
    only had £8.76. I've restarted the console and my account and it hasn't changed. Also I bought an add on for a game for £3.99 to see if it changed but it just stayed at £8.76. When I went to settings>account to look at my balance and it says THERE that I have

    I bought it because my old one couldnt install discs and its starting to fail on me. How do I transfer my account to the new xbox and all the credit card information?

    We have confirmed your Rewards Account and Microsoft Account regions are now matching, and are transferring your pending Credit. You should see this shortly. Since you will be beneath 5000 Credits required for an automatically scheduled deposit, once these
    Credits are transferred, you will have to request one via your MyRewards page.

    Well that's weird.

    You could log into https://billing.microsoft.com and see what it says there, it's possible you have two payment accounts, but honestly the best thing to do would be to hit up Support via phone or chat. They have
    the ability to look at your account and would be far better suited to helping you out, they can be proactive in troubleshooting.

    Sorry that's not ideal when you've already come to the forums, but that's going to get you the quickest resolution with billing issues.

    Actually never mind I just again this morning and it worked, I think it could have just been some lag between my credit on my account and the credit on my account on the store, thanks again though.

    the ability to look at your account and would be far better suited to helping you out, they can be proactive in troubleshooting.

    Unfortunately it is not possible, once the money has been credited to the Xbox account it is not possible to return it or transfer it to another account.
