    Xbox Credit Refund?


    Hi,

    I'm unsure if this is the correct place to ask this.

    I've got £15 in credit in my Xbox account. Is there a way to have this refunded at all as I no longer have the Xbox.

    Xbox One S Limited Edition Minecraft Console

    I bought one using my Xbox credit that's been on my account for years. Had no idea MS now lets you pay for hardware using Xbox Live credit, but this was a good way to use up that credit. Will probably just sell the console and then use the money to get a Switch.

    Usually if you have a payment option on file yes

    If not then no

    prepaid cards arent refundable

    Refunds usually go to the payment option on file

    you could always use it on the Windows marketplace

    I only just noticed it. For some reason I didn't get notification.

    I don't have payment option on file.

    I didn't think about using it on the Windows marketplace, so thanks for that.

    I think the credit actually came from being given the old 'points' card as a gift so it's not strictly my money anyway!

    I believe it does depend on if the credit was promotional or not as well. However you would be better off contacting phone support in your region just to be sure.

    I believe it does depend on if the credit was promotional or not as well. However you would be better off contacting phone support in your region just to be sure.
