Xbox credit and fortnite

if you purchased on the windows store on pc then you need to log into fortnite on an xbox one so the credits are added to your account.

console only? is it even possible to spend microsoft credit on fortnite pc?

when we entered the fortnite gift cards it was for the fortnite game. When we entered the code it gives you, the game told us it was incorrect. I am out hundred of dollars in fortnite cards, I guess the money is lost in the faming world somewhere. I have tons of fortnite cards that we will not enter b/c I know we will not find the money. As for the xbox gift card, it was entered and looked like it paid for the game, but why is it showing my credit card?

Has the balance been put into your Xbox account rather than V-bucks in Fortnite, I know most of the retailers where I am don't sell V-Bucks rather sell the standard credit meaning you have to purchase them through Fortnite & wonder if that's the case here
as well.

I am 16 but I don't have a debit card that cant buy things online I can only buy things through a cash register or whatever but I have gift cards for fortnite crew

My question is do you have to have a credit card added on my xbox for fortnite crew.
