Xbox Crashing

Over the last couple of days, my Xbox has been acting up. The other night, I was in the middle of a game, and the console crashed. So I reset it, and when it turned back on, I was greeted with the worldly renowned green screen of death. After a couple of
attempts at hard resetting It, I finally got it to work. Yesterday, my Xbox starting turning off by itself every couple of minutes. At this point, I figured the power brick was busted. After leaving the power brick unplugged for about 10 minutes, it seemed
to fix the issue. However, now, just 30 minutes ago, my xbox crashed the same way it did a few days ago, and yet again, I was smacked across the face by the green screen of death. So I had to rinse and repeat the process, and it's currently working, but it's
only a matter of time before it has another episode. So I'm wondering if I should send it in for repairs, or replace it entirely. I genuinely have no idea what the issue is. Thank you

Xbox keeps crashing when playing Fortnite

Hi,

My XBox OneS keeps crashing when playing Fortnite. Also crashing when I play Sims4 and Overwatch, but not as often.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

That sounds like a bummer situation all around. Do you have a friend with an Xbox One console that would let you borrow his/her power brick to try maybe? The thought behind that is if that power brick runs well on your console and your console never crashes,
that would narrow down the issue to being your power brick vs your console. That said, the constant green screens don't sound promising. Before looking into repairs or replacements, try

factory resetting your console to see if that helps at all. If it does not and you want to explore getting your console repaired, you can start that process via the
Online Service Center.
