Xbox crashing and glitching

So recently my Xbox One has been crashing. When i play Fifa and some other games it will freeze in the middle of the match, then crash to my home screen, or the xbox will turn its self off. On Fifa most of the time it glitches, Everything stretches out and
becomes almost like shards of the players. This often leads to the game crashing or the Xbox turning off. I downloaded Fifa, it is not a disk. I have tried restarting the console, hard shutdown, unplugging it and plugging it back in. I am starting to think
i should get a new Xbox. Any solutions?

Seriously is this game worth buying?

the multiplayer is definitely worth buying the game for. the only issue i have with the game is traffic glitching and you cant help crashing into them while on multiplayer

I had a few graphical glitches on the PC but no crashes, missing scenery or falling through the ground.

Edit: I think it is the console and not the game. Also when the console auto turns off, it makes a whirring noise

Sounds like a hardware fault with the consoles graphics hardware. I couldn't find any videos for FIFA, but if your console is displaying kinds of graphical anomalies in your
games, you'll need to contact Xbox Support and request a repair.
