    Xbox Crashes when I open a Game or App


    Ever since Sunday, everytime I open a game like FIFA or an app like YouTube, the Xbox would just crash. The app would freeze on the loading screen.I would turn it off and the Xbox Logo on the console would start flashing (means its updating), and when
    it's done flashing I turn it back on and it doesn't make a difference same problem. I've tried Hard Resetting but it didn't work

    If you have the youtube app open on your console can you try closing it to see if the console still crashes. I know with my console a little while ago if I had the youtube app open even in the background it would sometimes cause my console to crash when

    Oh I understand what you mean. However I never let 2 apps open at the same time. When i open a game i close apps that were open previously through the start menu.

    My connection crashes either way even if I haven't opened the youtube app that session.
