Xbox Crashes to Home only loading Xbox One Games

So very recently, my original Xbox One started crashing to the home screen while attempting to load games. Here's the kicker, it only crashes on Xbox One games, backwards compatible games work flawlessly. Now before anyone says "do a hard reset", I have
many times. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled all my games, reformatted my external hard drive, tried my external on all usb slots, tried the games on the internal drive, factory reset my console, tried playing on all resolutions (640x480 too), installed
only one game and tried to load it, left it sit unplugged overnight, and blew compressed air through it to clean it up.

I am at a loss, and Microsoft says they will not attempt a repair because I am out of warranty and the original Xbox One is officially discontinued. What they did say was they'd be happy to sell me a new console, which I refuse to do this close to the next
generation. If anyone has had this issue and found a solution, I'd appreciate some feedback.

As an update, my xbox started working again. Randomly. I had come home from work yesterday, fired it up and tried a game one last time before I took it apart to see if the gpu was lifting off the mobo and it worked. As some background, I had tried it that
morning and no cigar. I had done nothing between that time and when I got home. I'm just relieved it works again.

Unfortunately i already did that. I completely wiped the hard drive, and only one game installed. Still no luck. Thanks for the tip though.

I'm very sorry to hear it. The best I can suggest is to try a factory reset once more but this time be sure to do a complete reset deleting everything from the hard drive. When you restart your console try downloading one game to the internal hard drive
and see if the problem persists.

If it does not then plug in your external drive and try launching one game from there. If the problem happens then the issue may lie with the external drive itself.

Sorry but I am seeing that my Xbox in general crash with every game especially during loadings but not only , are there a fix ?(it is an xbox one s)
