Xbox crashes then freezes

    Xbox crashes then freezes


    So Every night at about 1 o clock my xbox freezes and crashes. I restart my xbox but once I do it i get back on and my xbox is glitched and I sign in and it tells me to reconecr my wifi. I know its not overheated because I will play for a couple hours straight
    and it happens at around 1. But then ill get on at 12:30 and it also happens at 1. I attempt to log back in but when i hit the home button, I cant move my cursor to sign in and when I try to reconect my wifi the xbox tells me to unplug my router and plug it
    back in but I have done that multiple times and it does not work. What is odd about all this is that it always happens at around 1 o clock and when I start up my xbox the next morning it is not glitched and i can play again.

    I hope someone can help me!
