    hi, after 2 months of not playing my Xbox, I finally tried to play it again but when I turn it on and it connects to Xbox live it immediately shuts my router down and not one device can connect until i turn my Xbox off, needs some help starting to annoy
    me thanks xx

    Xbox one crashes internet then disconnects

    Hello there Recently changed ISP-service is alright but not amazing, currently works fine with all other devices apart from my xbox, the xbox will crash the internet then disconnect itself, anyway you guys can help?

    The main issue comes when trying to install the new tamriel. will literally load 1% then crash the internet.

    Hey there, MART1NI!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with the Edge app crashing! We have seen a few other reports of this, but have no found a resolution yet.

    Please try out a power cycle on your console by holding the power button for 8 seconds. Launch the app again after the console turns back on.

    If that doesn't work for you, post back with how long it takes to crash, and what you are doing when it crashes so that we can test it out here ourselves. I look forward to working with you!

    Could you please tell us what internet provider you use, and what medium (cable, DSL, 3G/4G, MiMo) you use to connect online?

    What do you mean by "crash the internet"? What router are you using? Does the router have any error logs that you can read through, when the disconnect happens? Can you try to download a large download (like
    a Linux DVD disc ISO) and see if that "crashes" the internet, too?
