Xbox crashes certain games

So basically i sent in my xbox for repairs because certain games always crashed. It took about 10 days and i finally got it today. So i plugged it in waited for Bo4 to install. So after it installed i pressed play and it loaded to the menu but then crashed
again. I tried to load it again like 10 times and it just crashed completely shutting off the xbox. I have no idea what to do i sent it in for repairs for this exact problem shouldnt they have fixed it?

I have the same problem sent mine to get repaired and still same problem i guess they just want225$ to fix it the right way

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this inconvenience concerning your recently repaired Xbox.

Now if only certain games are resulting in this issue, then I would suggest trying the steps outlined in our

Xbox One Game Freeze Solution and see if that helps before you try sending it in again.

If the problem persists after all that troubleshooting, I would suggest contacting
customer support
see if you can if they can do something so that the service center swaps the console for one that works rather than repairing the one you're sending in. They should be able to make some kind of ticket for you.
