    console randomly returns to the dashboard and acts like it opening the disk try during a game.

    I'm having the the same problem. I will be playing a game and then it just dashboards me and say the tray is opening and then nothing happens. When this happens I can't access my recent games or my game library unless I restart the console. This happens
    only a fraction of the time when playing on games I've installed from the disk. Doesn't happen ever on games I've downloaded from the market place.

    this is a widespread problem virtually every Xbox one get's this or will at some point, Xbox needs to patch this.

    i have recently been talking to a person from Microsoft and they offered me a new console but i declined atm because i have my warranty and if it gets worse i shall get a new one but this appears to a be a RAM issue of some sorts.
