    I’d like to make a public post about this, because I believe this needs to be made into a bigger issue.

    Every time I report someone on Xbox, from either my console or the mobile app, I get a notification that “Xbox couldn’t take action on your report.” It doesn’t matter what I report someone for, if I report someone for an offensive gamertag, if I report someone for cheating, or if I report someone for sending me profanities/slurs in messages, I get this notification. I’ve seen another post on the forums here from an Ambassador saying that this notification is simply being sent out in error, but I do not believe that to be the truth. All of the profane or hateful messages I’ve reported *do not* get deleted. I’ve reported the messages for profanity, for hate speech, and for harassment. Nothing ever happens to them. Profanities and slurs correctly spelt and sent to me in text form, and you mean to tell me that you can’t take action on these messages?

    This supposed “error” needs to be swiftly fixed. This is a giant issue for Xbox to not enforce community standards.

    This is happening to a lot of people. This has actually been happening to me for a few week at least now.

    Here is what is REALLY REALLY frustrating is I was reported and put on probation for a message I sent someone. My probation is over and I went to report that person as their message's were not very nice to me. When I report message, I get this error "xbox couldn't take action on your report" no explanation, just basically telling me nope, your report means nothing.....But on the flipside I can be reported.

    Why do you guys literally do nothing

    That’s the thing they have I even reported audio messages of them saying these things and still I get an immediate notif saying Xbox couldn’t take action
