    I haven't started my XBOX ONE for a long time, but when I tried to send a message to my friend with XBOX today, I was told I couldn't send it. I verified that the phone number was useless. What should I do?

    I kinda think that, Xbox is a horrible thing, I don't even get why there is a limit it's stupid, they really need to get there *** together or they're gonna go out of business

    Let’s Power Cycle the Console: Please unplug from the power supply for two minutes then try again.

    Please Reset your Internet Connection also.

    I tried it, but it didn't work, and I sent it with Android App, but XBOX told me that my account didn't have this function

    There is a message cap for the amount of messages you can send on Live per day from your console. Perhaps that would be the culprit.
