I don't think there's a direct Xbox email for general questions. They have some e-mails but from specific departments (enforcement, refund, etc).

You should FedEx a physical letter to the corporate address, that will get your request the best chance of success. Hand signing a letter, and spending the money to FedEx it means you're serious in my experience Best of luck to you

Xbox does have a ESports community for news, events, team spotlights, live streams, etc.. but with no contact form/email/phone at all:

You can try to contact Xbox by social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) but I don't know if you will get a proper answer.

I have tried that link before and all you get is a few options and no email goes out.

Do you have any info on ESports within Xbox and how to connect with the right person?

I can't because I can't put there my email, and obviously I don't have corporation email, and also why is there an option only for corporation emails... I didn't do anything because of the email... So yeah...
